I received the power rack two days ago. Put it together yesterday in about an hour and a half with a socket and crescent wrench. All the parts were there. One thing I suggest is to separate the four types of bolts first and be aware of where the washers go. The blown up pic is accurate but is a little difficult to decipher. No instructions but still manageable.
I used it today on my first workout. It is really a godsend when it comes to doing squats. Before with just a bench, I had to wrestle the weight over my head and onto my shoulders, which took a lot of the energy away from doing the actual squats. With the rack, just load up the barbell and put the safety bar in place. All in all, it made my workout much faster and more efficient. No more fear about getting stuck under a barbell when you are failing on the last rep on the bench press. I put some gray pipe insulation on the safety bars to save the paint and avoid any clanging. If you are serious about training at home, this is a great investment. J. Love , Midland,Tx.
