This was the first yoga ball I've ever purchased, so I didn't know what to look for in the description. At a gym, I've used a 65cm ball (I'm 5'2) so I ordered that same size. The ball came folded up. I didn't have a yoga ball pump so I just used my bicycle pump and attached one of the pieces that came with the ball to the pump. It was a little tricky to remove the pump and put the pin in quickly so the ball doesn't deflate much, but I was able to get it just fine. After a week or so, the ball "deflated" slightly since the pressure in the ball finally filled in all the wrinkles that was there from being folded in a box. I could probably add a little more air, but decided not to yet. After a couple more weeks, it's still great and no air is escaping. As for the pressure, I didn't know how much air to put in and couldn't find anything about that in the description so I just went by what I remembered it felt like at the gym.
