i dont know what i was thinking getting a skull cap when i already own and love the headsweats midcap. i was hoping for something a little shorter than the midcap but this thing is way small. it just covers the top portion of your head. it doesnt even include a terrycloth band around the rim like the midcap.

I bought these because I have problems with wrist strain and sweating during my practice, and I find downward-facing dog to be extremely stressful if I have to strain to prevent sliding in addition to just putting my weight on my hands.



The knit fabric stretches and pulls, so although it does grip the floor, the glove itself just allows my hands to slide forward, taking the top of the glove with me and leaving the bottom behind.



They're great for holding weights or other things, but not great for floor or mat work.

While the sit-up bar secures to the door fairly well, it will not stay folded up. It also moves around while you're trying to do sit-ups. The fact that it won't stay folded resulted in so many stubbed toes that I just removed it from the door - I'm better off improvising with my toes held under the edge of the dresser. If you need a sit-up bar, just buy one that bolts and doesn't fold. I had one of those before and it worked really well.
