I really like this bike, the only problems I have had with it are after a couple rides, learning the gears, I had to get them adjusted by a shop, random gears kept slipping. After our second ride the front mud guard fell off I blame my husband for not tightening the nut tight enough and on the same ride a screw in the seat that goes into the springs fell out. After a call to Amazon they credited me (instead of me returning the whole bike instead of just the seat) enough to go buy myself a new seat and have a little left over.
Also over all my husband said this bike was a piece of cake to put together, he thought it would be a (his saying) a two beer project and it was only half a beer
