I do really like this roller, and I like that it came with a video to show me how to use it since I had never had one before. I feel like it has lost some of it's shape (is a bit squished) after not much use, and I'm not very big (about 120lbs). Some others might be sturdier. When I buy a new one I will look for something sturdier, but this was good for a first-time user.
