It is a little tricky learning to use the set - (adjusting the weight choice), but once I learned the trick to it, it is perfect for my curcuit training which requires quick changes in weight. The set looks neat, and is very compact. Would recommend it to anyone who needs a dumbell set that maxes out at 25 lbs.
